StressLess Video

This is a 5 min video that I created for the StressLess program. The StressLess program is taught in classrooms and it consists of a series of books. This video was made to explain the books and to show the educators how to use them.

I was provided a script by my client for this video but I did edit and polish it for the screen. I broke it in segments so that I was able to change the music and provide titles to help keep the viewer’s interest. Before working on the video, I met with the talent over a video call. I coached her on how to film herself and how to stage herself. She then sent me pre-recorded clips and that is what I had to work with when creating this video.
